- Take care of tendering and contract with subcontractor
- Progress & payment checking
- Counting volume quantity of material
- Price negotiating with supplier
- Cashflow managing
- Make payment form
Requirement
- Bachelor degree in civil engineering
- Fluent in Mandarin
- Have experience in cost control and quantity surveying atleast 2 years
- Able to work underpressure
- Have good communication and negotiation skill
- Able to work in team
