CHINA CONSTRUCTION FIRST GROUP CORPORATION LIMITED (CCFG) established in 1953, is the first “national team” of construction in China. In 1959 CCFG was awarded the title of ‘Vanguard’ and ‘Iron Army’ therein, and was recognized as “Pioneer” and “Iron Army” in China. CCFG has set its name around the world through its numerous and remarkable projects. Although CCFG Indonesia Company hasn’t operated here for too long, it has inherited the core members of CSCEC previously in Indonesia. In the past 17 years, This team has undertaken and completed 30 projects involving various industries and fields. It is well integrated with local resources, familiar with the local market, with deep social origin, and has the basic elements critical for construction.

Job Description

  • To be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and standardizing various contract texts
  • Participate in company’s relevant major resolutions, regulations and other important legal documents of legitimacy of the review
  • Inspect and supervise the performance of all kinds of contracts, coordinate to solve the problem of legal duplication in fulfill the contract, try to avoid contract disputes
    1. Responsible for answering and assisting the legal affairs of various departments of the company
    2. Participate in the negotiation, mediation, litigation, and arbitration activities of the company’s legal affairs, and solve the legal affairs of the company’s relevant economic transactions

Requirement

  • Bachelor Degree or above in law, at least 3 years of legal/lawyer experiences
  • Familiar with Indonesian Company Law, Contract Law, Labor Law, Foreign Capital Operations and other laws, regulations and policies
  • Have good professional ethics, careful thinking, writing skills, good language skills, logical reasoning, rigorous work attitude and responsibility
  • Legal professional qualification and lawyer qualification are preferred
  • Experience in handling economics disputes and labor disputes is preferred
  • Fluent in English, Chinese is preferred
