  • Coordinate and complete the installation acceptance and customer training of company products
  • Solver problems and malfunctions during use at customer end
  • Maintain and develop customer relationship, maintain customer information record
  • Provide technical support for sales and marketing work
  • Collect market information and customer feedback, timely communicate with related departments.


  • Major in medical, bioengineering, biotechnology, or related
  • Good communication skill; Good command of English or Chinese
