Location : Jakarta

Job Description

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategies.
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, regulations, and procedures across the organization
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital
  • Ensure compliance with company and government regulations and policy regarding labors.
  • Handle Industrial Relations and Employee Relation matters.
  • Ensuring that the HRD administration process which includes MPP, recruitment, training, employee relation, performance management, employee contracts and remuneration runs accurately.
  • Develop KPI and matters relating to performance management.
  • Designing evaluations of team performance and all employees and updating company evaluations
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital
  • Manage overall of payroll and compensation and benefits matters.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in law or Human Resource Management
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in HRD Leader/Head/Manager, preferable in the power plant / Electrical or relatable industrial business
  • Hold on CHRP certification will be advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of the Indonesian Employment Act, manpower regulations, and HR practices.
  • Extensive experience related to Organization design, Culture, Performance Management, and Talent Management
  • Good relationship with Government Institutional
  • Fluent in English is a must (verbal and written) and can speak Mandarin will be advantage
  • Strong leadership skill and have confident for take decision
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, capable of managing complex and completing priorities
  • High level of maturity and sense of responsibility
