Job Description
- Installing, configuring, maintaining computer hardware, software, systems and networks
- Responding in a timely manner to user issues and requests
- Providing technical support across the company
- Setting up accounts for new users
- Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
Requirement
- Bachelor degree in Information Technology/Computer Science/ Management Information System
- Fluent in English
- Have experienced a minimum 1 up to 2 years as IT support
