Job Description
- Responsible for managing and supervising all phases of creative development work for DAZZLE ME Brand, from concept to completion.
- Managing teams of designers and other creative professionals, such as copywriters and programmers, to create successful products and services according to DAZZLE ME brand image and brand visual guidelines.
- Responsible for defining and creating a visual language as an extension of the brand (illustrations, icons, colors, typography, animations, etc.)
- Collaborate with stakeholders of which department (social media, brand team, E-commerce, 3D designer) to make sure an impactful and consistent brand image.
- Providing guidance to Junior designers on how to improve their work and educate others on design thinking, brand experience, and design-driven storytelling.
Requirement
- Minimum 5 years of professional work experience. Experience With beauty or female-audience related industry.
- Skills of strong leadership and excellent execution performance
- Knowledgeable with visual language as an extension of the brand (illustrations, icons, colors, typography, animations, etc)
- Good communication skills both oral and written, Fluent in English is a must/ Mandarin is a plus
